VinFast E-Motorcycles has officially launched in the Philippines with three battery-swappable models aimed squarely at riders of 125cc-class motorcycles: the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper. The media event was held in Makati City, coinciding with the start of test drive events in all the 21 operational 3S dealerships (Sales, Service, and Spare parts) across the country.
VinFast’s initial lineup offers modern, cost-effective and sustainable mobility options to Filipino commuters while laying the groundwork for a broader green mobility ecosystem. The rollout follows a reservation period for early adopters and reflects strong market demand for battery-swapping electric motorcycles, reinforcing the company’s investment and rapid expansion in the Philippines.

VinFast plans to grow its E-Motorcycle brand around three core pillars: high-quality products, accessible pricing, and exceptional after-sales service — a strategy reflected in the now-operational showrooms and more than 100 additional locations in the pipeline.
“Opening 21 VinFast showrooms alongside the launch of our three electric motorcycle models reflects VinFast’s long-term investment commitment to the Philippines. Beyond offering products that meet diverse mobility needs, we are building a comprehensive ecosystem that makes it easier for customers to access our vehicles, energy solutions, and support services throughout their ownership journey. As our electric mobility ecosystem continues to expand, we believe electric motorcycles can become an increasingly practical and convenient choice in the everyday lives of Filipinos,” said Ms. Vo Thi Cam Tu, CEO of VinFast E-Scooters & E-Bikes, International Markets.
As of launch time, the 21 showroom are still setting up the two battery-swapping cabinets each facility is expected to host. Each battery cabinet can charge up to six batteries simultaneously.
