VinFast E-Motorcycles, the electric two-wheeler arm of Vietnam-born BEV brand VinFast, will debut its first product lineup in the Philippines on July 31. Alongside the official launch, the brand will offer public test-drive opportunities at its dealerships nationwide.

Over the coming months VinFast will run test-drive activities at locations in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao, with additional public drives expected in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Bulacan. Prospective buyers can find the nearest dealership at VinFast E-Motorcycle’s website: https://vinfastauto.ph/en.

Trio of models available for test rides

VinFast’s initial lineup — the EVO, Feliz II, and Viper — will be available for test drives at local dealerships. The Evo blends elegant styling with everyday agility, reaching a top speed of 80 km/h and, with two fully charged batteries, up to 150 km of range. The Feliz II emphasizes practicality and versatility with a top speed of 90 km/h and a layout that suits errands and urban riding. The Viper offers sportier styling and stronger performance, delivering up to 5,200 W of power and a top speed of 90 km/h.

All three will be displayed in their available color options so visitors can compare designs and features up close. VinFast staff will be on site to answer questions about features, pricing, and ownership plans. Throughout August, public experience activities at dealerships will let more Filipinos test ride the lineup, try battery-swapping technology, and explore purchase and subscription options.

One-minute battery swapping and flexible ownership

VinFast is developing a nationwide battery-swapping network with partners, targeting to have 30,000 operational swapping cabinets to improve battery access across the Philippines. Swapping stations are already installed at select dealerships, where visitors can experience the brand’s one-minute battery-swapping solution.

Each model—Evo, Feliz II, and Viper—has two battery compartments under the seat and supports battery swapping. Buyers can choose to purchase motorcycles with batteries, subscribe to a battery plan, or use home charging depending on their needs. The swapping experience gives a clear, practical view of how well an electric motorcycle could fit into everyday Filipino routines.
