Tesla has further entrenched its global momentum, topping electric vehicle sales in the Philippines for June 2026 while posting record deliveries across multiple markets and rolling out new AI-driven features via Over-The-Air updates.
Local market gains
According to CAMPI‑TMA sales data, Tesla was the top-selling EV brand in the Philippines in both May and June 2026, reflecting growing Filipino demand for sustainable mobility without sacrificing innovation, performance or convenience. The company is supporting that demand with expanded vehicle availability and faster delivery timelines: the Model Y L, launched in the U.S. in July 2026, generated strong customer interest and saw first Philippine deliveries less than a month after orders opened.

Affordable entry and buyer incentives
Tesla Philippines is promoting more accessible ownership, with financing options that price monthly Model 3 payments from as low as P29,990. For a limited time, eligible buyers can receive Free Supercharging credits, one year of complimentary comprehensive insurance, limited-time purchase incentives and a complimentary home charger. Owners can manage vehicles, charging and software updates through the Tesla app and benefit from a growing national charging infrastructure and perks available through the Tesla Owners Club and Referral Program.
Production and product strategy
To meet rising global demand, Tesla is ramping production of its 4680 battery cells, directly enabling higher output of the Model Y — the world’s best-selling vehicle — which the company expects to continue growing. Tesla reported record deliveries in South Korea, Australia, Colombia, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Portugal, Chile, Slovenia and Lithuania, underscoring its global expansion.

AI, compute and OTA updates
Tesla more than doubled onsite compute capacity in Texas during the first half of 2026 (measured in MW of compute), with Cortex 2 supporting autonomy development for vehicles and humanoid robots and additional scaling planned for the rest of the year. The company delivers these advancements to customers via OTA software updates: after pushing more than 300 new or updated features globally in 2025, the Summer 2026 release expanded the Grok AI Assistant to make phone calls, search and play music, and adjust climate control. Automatic navigation also now supports destinations based on drivers’ habits and schedules
