Nissan’s new sedan and pickup offer two distinct electrified options: an all-electric executive car and a plug-in hybrid pickup with 4×4 capability.
Two new electrified options
Nissan is expanding its Philippine lineup with two electrified models: the all-electric Primera executive sedan and the Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid pickup.
The launches offer Filipino motorists two different ways to embrace electrification. The Primera returns a familiar Nissan nameplate in a fully electric form, while the Navara Pro pairs plug-in hybrid technology with the versatility and off-road equipment of a 4×4 pickup.

“Electrification is creating new opportunities for the automotive industry, and Nissan is embracing these changes through continued innovation,” said Nissan Philippines President, Yoshinori Kanazawa. “Our always daring spirit drives us to explore new possibilities and bring Nissan’s global technologies to more markets. With the All-New Nissan Primera and Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid, we are taking another step in that direction here in the Philippines.”

Primera nameplate returns as an electric sedan
The Primera nameplate debuted in 1990 and spanned three generations. For its Philippine debut, it has been reimagined as an electric sedan with a sleek profile, frameless doors, flush door handles, full LED lighting and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the Primera pairs a 15.6-inch central display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Its front Zero Gravity seats offer massage, ventilation and heating. A panoramic glass roof and ambient lighting add to the cabin’s open, relaxed atmosphere.

Primera range, charging and price
The sedan’s electric powertrain produces 218 PS and 305 Nm of torque, drawing energy from a 58 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery. Nissan quotes a driving range of up to 500 kilometers.
DC fast-charging can get the battery from 10% to 80% in about 19 minutes.
The Primera has a suggested retail price of P2,099,000. A P100,000 launch discount brings its special launch price to P1,999,000. The launch package includes a portable charger, a home wall charger and a three-year MyNISSAN Connect subscription.
The Primera is available in Radiant Silver Metallic, Obsidian Black Pearl and Glacier White Pearl, with a gray interior.

Navara Pro pairs hybrid power with 4×4 capability
For pickup buyers, the Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid combines a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, rated at 143 PS and 220 Nm, with an electric motor producing 212 PS and 350 Nm. Combined range is pegged at 1,150 kilometers on a full tank and fully charged battery, based on real-world driving tests conducted locally by the Automobile Association of the Philippines.
The Navara Pro PHEV is equipped with an intelligent 4WD system, an electronic locking rear differential, 232 mm of ground clearance and a 700 mm water-wading capability. Its stated towing capacity is 3,500 kg. A Vehicle-to-Load power panel can also supply power to compatible external devices.
