Isuzu Motor Philippines successfully mounted the 2025 edition of their much-awaited Truck Fest, celebrating 25 consecutive years as the country’s top truck brand. The event was held at the SMX Convention Center Pasay from February 28 to March 2, 2025.

This year’s Truck Fest showcased Isuzu’s engineering brilliance that started in 1916, when it began making diesel engines in Japan. After perfecting diesel technology and truck manufacturing across various categories, Isuzu earned the trust of business owners worldwide for its durability, dependability, and fuel efficiency, and this is reflected in the success that Isuzu commercial vehicles enjoy.

“Today, we are not just celebrating our 25-year reign as the country’s number one truck brand but also reaffirming our dedication to delivering innovative solutions for Filipino businesses nationwide,” said IPC President, Tetsuya Fujita.

Customers and builders alike eagerly anticipate the annual event, which serves as a comprehensive showcase for Isuzu’s extensive truck lineup. This year, on display and available for orders were 19 trucks of various configurations and 4 Traviz utility vans built by IPC’s accredited body builders.

Officially launched at the event were the new Isuzu S&E Series heavy-duty trucks that offer multiple body applications and advanced features such as an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) that enhances fuel efficiency while reducing driver fatigue. Equipped with an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Vehicle Stability Control (EVSC), the new Isuzu S&E Series is among the safest trucks in IPC’s lineup.

Isuzu excels in providing public transport vehicles in addition to its truck offerings. In the show, IPC showcased its new Class III PUV with a rigid chassis and a larger capacity, the Isuzu NPR85. With its dual rear tires for enhanced vehicle stability and safety, the Isuzu NPR85 is an ideal choice for public conveyance. Another PUV on display was the new Isuzu TRAVIZ Class 1 PUV that boasts a more spacious and comfortable interior, ideal for shorter trips. Both PUVs are compliant with the PNS guidelines.

Aside from being used as a PUV, the Traviz is also popular among SMEs in body applications such as a utility van, mobile kitchen, and the new TRAVIZ Concept Van.

Other popular truck body applications on display included the Isuzu NLR Aluminum Van, NLR Refrigerated Van, FVR Water Tanker, FVR Dropside with Crane, FXM Fuel Tanker, EX5 AMT Tractor Head, as well as government-specific models like the Isuzu NPS Military Truck and FVR Firetruck. The Isuzu SW5 Tipper and NQR Garbage Compactor, designed for heavy-duty tasks, were also available for viewing.

Not to be missed were IPC’s fleet-ready vehicles, such as the Isuzu D-MAX Single Cab 4×4 with Eco-bus and ambulance bodies, the D-MAX 4×2 LS-A, and the Isuzu mu-X 4×2 LS-A, ideal for corporate and logistics use.

Being a one-stop event for truck buyers, the Truck Fest also had IPC’s bank and leasing partners onsite to process the requirements of visitors to the event. For this year, IPC is extending its discount offers for truck purchases until April 30, 2025. These include a P35,000 discount and P10,000 parts coupon for every truck purchase and additional specific-models discounts for the Isuzu TRAVIZ and Isuzu N & F-Series trucks. The special financing programs are available through IPC’s bank and leasing partners, including BPI, RCBC, Security Bank, and Orix Leasing.

Isuzu “Your Responsible Partner”

Through decades of unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, Isuzu has solidified its reputation as the “Responsible Partner” for Filipino businesses. While new brands continue to enter the market, Isuzu remains the trusted choice, thanks to its proven track record of delivering durable and fuel-efficient trucks, backed by industry-leading aftersales support.
