Chery Auto Philippines experienced an uptick in sales for Q1, outselling the same period last year by as much as 85 percent. With the current trend, the company is on track to achieve, or even surpass its sales targets for 2023.
The sales growth is attributed to two important Chery models, the Tiggo 5X which sold a total of 331 units (representing a 75 percent growth compared to Q1 2022), and the Tiggo 8 PRO which sold a total of 128 units (86 percent growth) in Q1 2023.
