ACMobility, the Philippines’ leading provider of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and Shell Pilipinas Corporation have opened eight electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs at strategic Shell Mobility stations, extending fast-charging access beyond Metro Manila and strengthening long-distance EV travel across the country.
Under a partnership inked in September 2025, ACMobility has been deploying DC fast chargers at Shell Mobility stations on major highways and other key sites to make worry-free long-distance EV drives possible. The newest hubs opened this month at Shell Mobility stations on the northbound and southbound sides of the North Luzon Expressway in Mexico, Pampanga; these locations are expected to serve motorists headed to northern destinations such as Baguio City and La Union, as well as travelers returning to Metro Manila.
“As we ramp up our efforts to build the Philippine EV Spine, we are grateful to have Shell as our partner in advancing the country towards sustainable mobility. Through our partnership, we’re making EV charging accessible along major thoroughfares that link key destinations across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao,” said Carla Buencamino, ACMobility Head of Mobility Infrastructure.
“Through this partnership, we’re bringing together Shell’s wide presence in strategic locations and ACMobility’s expertise in building EV charging infrastructure. By combining our complementary strengths, we’ll be able to serve the country’s growing community of EV drivers,” said Jolo Valdez, Non-Fuel Retail and E-Mobility Manager for Shell Mobility.

ACMobility EV charging hubs are now open at the following locations:
– Shell Mexico NLEX Northbound, Pampanga
– Shell Mexico NLEX Southbound, Pampanga
– Shell North Expressway Dau, Pampanga
– Shell Subic, Zambales
– Shell Mangaldan, Pangasinan
– Shell Tanaytay Alaminos, Pangasinan
– Shell Bago Aplaya Talomo, Davao City
– Shell Matina Enclaves, Davao City.
ACMobility and Shell plan to build charging hubs at a total of 50 Shell locations with more than 100 charge points nationwide. Additional sites in Pampanga, Cavite and Camarines Sur will open soon, while hubs in Batangas, Bataan and Cebu are scheduled for construction.
All hubs are integrated with ACMobility’s partner app, Evro, which lets drivers find available charge points in real time, plan charging schedules, and pay for sessions via GCash or credit card.
As of July 2026, ACMobility operates more than 200 charging locations across the Philippines, with new charge points coming online month after month.
