The 12th Manila Auto Salon (MAS) and the 24th Sport Truck Show (STS) is opening its doors on November 29, 2018, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
Presented by DELIUM Tires Philippines, the event shall have over 200 vehicles on display, all hoping to bring home awards. Conceptualized and organized by Tradeshow International, Inc., the event is arguably the most comprehensive motor show for customized vehicles, performance cars, sport utility vehicles, 4x4s, and off-roaders, with a retail section for products and services.
“MAS and STS have now become iconic brands in the automotive industry specifically in the automotive aftermarket and off-road fields. It’s that time of the year when car show enthusiasts brave our traffic-congested roads just to see the project vehicles prepared by automotive influencers and will be exhibited for four days at the SMX Convention Center. Delium Tires Philippines, this year’s presenter, will be exhibiting and selling its full line of tire products for 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled vehicles. The Delium tire brand is very aggressive in consumer marketing and has been visible in major motor shows all over the world.
The major highlight of the event is the competition for the six (6) Best of Show title awards namely, Custom Car, Tuner Car, and Extreme Custom Car for the Manila Auto Salon; and Sport Truck, Sport Utility Vehicle, and Extreme Sport Truck for the Sport Truck Show. Current title holders of these Best of Show awards are Dobinsons/Hardrace Phils for the 1974 Datsun 260Z (Custom Car); Asian Coatings and Powerhouse Race Specialists for the 1994 Honda Civic (Tuner Car); Car Porn Racing and Import Hookup for the 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder (Extreme Custom Car); Dubshop/Nat’s Performance for the 2001 Chevy Silverado (Extreme 4×4); Ridemax/Autobot Off-Road for the 2015 Toyota Landcruiser (SUV); and Atoy Customs 4×4 and Bodykits / Tough Dog Philippines for the 2014 Ford Ranger (Sport Truck).
