VinFast has expanded its Philippine footprint with a full-service dealership in Marikina that combines vehicle sales, after-sales service and spare parts supply under one roof.
Officially opened in May in partnership with Xentro Motors OPC, the 500-square-meter facility at 8 Mayor Gil Fernando Ave., Sto. Niño, now operates as a 1S Plus location, meaning it can support customers beyond the point of purchase with dedicated after-sales capabilities. The showroom displays VinFast’s entire battery-electric vehicle (BEV) lineup and is fitted to deliver sales, preventive maintenance, repairs and parts support.
The service center includes a parts warehouse, in-shop wall chargers, outside charging stations and three specialized bays — one with a vehicle lifter — equipped with the advanced tools needed to service the brand’s EV range. The dealership also stocks original spare parts such as PMS components, mechanical and suspension items, collision body panels and essential fluids, aiming to cut turnaround times for owners in Marikina and neighboring cities.
By centralizing routine preventive maintenance (PMS), general job services, car detailing, body repair work, and insurance claims and renewals, VinFast said the Marikina facility is intended to deliver a more seamless, hassle-free ownership experience that lasts well beyond the sale.
Charging accessibility is a key feature: the dealership houses two wall chargers inside and six charging stations outside, for a total of eight EV fast charging machines intended to serve VinFast owners in Eastern Metro Manila.
Xentro Motors OPC, supported by parent company XRC Mall Developer Inc. and owned by Alexander M. Cruz, operates the Marikina outlet as part of a broader network across North and South Luzon. The partnership is part of VinFast’s wider plan to scale its retail and service network across the Philippines.
“With the opening of our Marikina showroom, we are proud to bring VinFast’s premier full-service experience closer to motorists in Eastern Metro Manila. This reflects our commitment to making electric mobility more accessible while giving every VinFast owner the confidence that reliable support is always nearby. As our presence across the Philippines expands, we remain committed to investing in dealerships like this to better serve more customers and strengthen our growing community,” said Rhomel Franco, CEO of VinFast Philippines.
For his part, Noel Ignacio, CEO of Xentro Motors OPC, said: “Marikina has long desired a complete automotive destination for EV owners, and that’s exactly what this full-service facility intends to deliver. With specialized EV servicing, advanced repair capabilities, and comprehensive parts warehouse all under one roof, motorists in Eastern Metro Manila now have a convenient, one-stop option for exploring ownership in a VinFast vehicle. We are thrilled to be part of this next step in making sustainable mobility more accessible in the Philippines.”
VinFast’s dealership network now totals 36 locations nationwide, with additional openings planned in areas including Fairview, Cagayan de Oro, Pasay City, Batangas City and Kawit, Cavite. Approaching its second year in the market, the company said it is building an integrated EV ecosystem that links products, charging infrastructure, retail presence and after-sales services. Ownership initiatives cited by the company include battery subscription, a resale value guarantee program and free charging within the V-Green network until March 31, 2029.
VinFast Marikina is open daily; the showroom operates Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while the service center is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
