The pandemic has amplified the value of same-day delivery services, and with the continuous rise of e-commerce, on-demand logistics company Lalamove is expanding its list of vehicles to meet the growing demand of its customers.
This year marks the launch of the sedan fleet of Lalamove, which has long been requested by its loyal customers. This new fleet will feature a 200kg of weight capacity with dimensions of 3.5 x 2 x 2.5 ft. It falls between the motorcycle and MPV categories, promising a significant capacity upgrade from the motorcycle fleet and lower prices compared to the 300kg MPVs. Business users stand to benefit from the new category as the food & beverage industry and online marketplaces have shown a steady increase in demand for 4-wheel deliveries. In addition, this opens up great earning opportunities to more people whose livelihood has been affected by the pandemic.
