Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is letting customers get behind the wheel to experience the capabilities of its vehicles, including the New Xpander that is making its official debut on May 19. A specially designed test-drive track simulating varied road conditions will enable individuals to see and feel the difference behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi vehicle.
“2022 may still be a challenging year for the automotive industry but Mitsubishi Motors remains optimistic for better sales results. We are confident that we will be able to re-excite the market with New Xpander that has received major improvements that we are sure will be very much appreciated,” said Takeshi Hara, president and CEO of MMPC. “With this latest iteration, Filipinos are sure to fall in love with the Xpander all over again. We have further enhanced the qualities that have made it the number 1 7-seater MPV in the country turning into a reimagined ride that will truly awaken anyone’s adventurous spirit.”

“On that same note is why we are also kicking off our regional test drive tour alongside the launch of the New Xpander. As the economy reopens, we want to reignite the love for the outdoors among our Filipino customers and show them how and why Mitsubishi cars are the perfect adventure buddies. One of our goals for the year is to reach out to more customers outside the walls of our dealerships. So customers can expect us to be in their cities whether Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao,” he added.

The Reimagine Your Ride: The Mitsubishi Test Drive Tour will start in Manila on May 20, Friday at SM Mall of Asia’s Block 16 Concert Grounds. Aside from the new Xpander GLS, the Montero Sport 2WD and the Strada Athlete 2WD and 4WD will also be available for testing. A limited-edition gift awaits the first 150 individuals who will pre-register at Mitsubishi Motors’ official website. Other treats from the brand and its sponsors, Caltex, SONAX, Little Trees as well as Overland Kings, are also in-store and can be enjoyed by the whole family. Apart from getting the chance to test drive the New Xpander, customers can also avail of the PHP 98K low down payment scheme for the GLS Automatic variant during their visit.

- Davao – July 15 to 17
- Laguna – August 12 to 14
