GAC Motor Philippines is hosting an action-packed weekend with activities highlighting its performance sedan, the GAC EMPOW.
Three events will be happening simultaneously this weekend!
- EMPOW TRACK DAY – Test drive the GAC Empow on the Batangas Racing Circuit on Saturday, September 30th, under the supervision of professional racecar driver Georges Ramirez and his team. (Pre-registration required).
- EMPOW TEST DRIVE – GAC vehicles will be at the Corte de las Palmas of the Alabang Town Center, with Empow and Emzoom units available for test drives with GAC personnel.
- GAC EMPOW DAY – Special discounts, great deals, and exciting freebies are up for grabs all weekend for every Empow purchase from any GAC dealership nationwide.
GAC Empow Sports Sedan
Designed with a fusion of style and performance, the GAC Empow is a sporty sedan suited for the diverse driving demands of today’s urban go-getters. Its sleek silhouette, fighter-jet-inspired look, 18-inch alloys, and quad exhausts at the rear give the Empow its distinct sportscar appearance that turns heads wherever it goes.
Stylish yet comfortable, the Empow’s modern interior is a mix of leather panels and carbon fiber materials, and its dual smart touchscreens provide a futuristic and ergonomic driving experience that’s second to none.
Under the hood is a 1.5-liter turbo-powered engine that harnesses the cutting-edge MegaWave technology developed in-house by GAC Motor. This powerful mill is paired with a 7-speed wet Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) and produces 174hp @ 5500rpm and 270Nm @ 1500-4000rpm of torque. It is rated to go from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 6.95 seconds.
The Empow offers a seamless driving experience with its smooth handling, robust suspension support, and precise control, allowing drivers to easily navigate complex turns and obstacles.
