The first batch of Volkswagen’s new global SUV, the Volkswagen Tharu, has arrived at the Port of Batangas ahead of its Philippine launch.
The Tharu is touted as Volkswagen’s showcase of next-level SUV innovations. It will be officially launched on September 29 at the Karrera Café in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. A public display and test drive event will be held at the same venue from September 30 and October 1.
The Tharu will be available in two variants — the SE and the top-of-the-line SEL, and will come in the following colors: Pure White, Mangan Grey, Petroleum Blue, and Polytech Blue.
