The latest XV GT offers added sportiness for a more aggressive look to cater to stylish, dynamic, and young-at-heart individuals who truly want to make a statement on the streets.
Similar to the first XV GT model, this second edition was created in close collaboration with renowned engineering company Giken Co. Ltd and Mr. Masahiko “Jack” Kobayashi.
The 2021 XV GT’s body kit is more aggressive, yet perfectly integrated with the newly facelifted XV. The front under spoiler has been redesigned and front bumper garnishes have been added.
The new XV GT is underpinned by the four hallmark Subaru Core Technologies, which contribute towards optimized handling, maximum comfort, and enhanced safety for all on board. The four Subaru Core Technologies are Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, Boxer Engine, Subaru Global Platform, and EyeSight Driver Assist Technology.
The new XV GT also sports Subaru’s SI-DRIVE and Dual-function X-MODE for more dynamic performance and enhanced off-road capability, respectively.
SI-DRIVE is Subaru’s powertrain performance management system that allows the driver to choose between the vehicle’s “Sport” and “Intelligent” modes.
Selecting “Intelligent” mode helps smooth out accelerator inputs for fuel saving. “Sport” mode tunes the throttle to emphasize performance – which means the car responds immediately and powerfully in a refined manner – allowing for speedy acceleration.
Perfectly suited for Philippine terrain, Dual-function X-MODE allows the driver to select between two different settings tailored to specific driving conditions. It complements Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system to allow drivers to take the road less traveled more confidently, especially on uneven or compromising surfaces and challenging inclines.

The new Subaru XV GT Edition is now officially available. It is priced at Php 2,008,000 and is available in eight colors: Crystal White Pearl, Ice Silver Metallic, Cool Grey Khaki, Plasma Yellow Pearl, Horizon Blue Pearl, Pure Red, Magnetite Grey Metallic, and Crystal Black Silica. Customers who reserve their unit by November 30, 2021, shall be entitled to an exclusive Php 210,000 introductory discount.
