Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) together with Gencars, Inc., formally broke ground for the new site of Isuzu San Pablo, one of Isuzu’s longest-established dealerships. The relocation of Isuzu San Pablo signifies the continuation of Gencars’ confidence and commitment to the Isuzu brand. IPC Executives headed by President Noboru Murakami and Gencars, Inc. Executives headed by Chairman and CEO, D. Edgard A. Cabangon led the groundbreaking ceremony and installation of the time capsule.

Isuzu San Pablo has been servicing new and loyal customers for more than two decades at its current location in the heart of the city. As its market and service demand continues to grow, Gencars, Inc. decided to move to a bigger location – a 7,220 sqm. property and located along Km 85 Maharlika Highway, Barangay San Ignacio, San Pablo City, Laguna. The new Isuzu San Pablo will incorporate the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) and house a wider showroom area that can accommodate light commercial vehicle (LCV) and truck display units as well as have a bigger service area. The new Isuzu San Pablo is scheduled to be operational by mid-2023.

“With the strategic location of the new site, we continue to have high hopes for Isuzu San Pablo, and we are confident that you will not only continue to uphold Isuzu’s endeavor of providing the best business and transport solutions but also our Road to Progress vision,” said Murakami.  “Considering the growing potential of San Pablo, Laguna market, Gencars has made the perfect decision to expand and to relocate Isuzu San Pablo to a bigger and more strategic location and to adopt the new IOS in order to provide an even better customer experience to more Filipinos.”

Expressing Gencars’ dedication to giving top-notch customer service, Mr. Cabangon stated that “With this upgrade, we hope to give our clients the best experience every time they step into our dealership. Whether they are looking for their next vehicle or seeking services for their cars, we want them to be comfortable and feel cared for during their time here.”

Gencars renovated their Isuzu Makati dealership to adopt the IOS corporate design last April 2022. To reinforce the reputation of Isuzu as a provider of durable and reliable products, as well as world-class customer experience, Gencars is set to upgrade all its dealerships in compliance with the new IOS.
