Following the success of the HONOR 90 5G, HONOR Philippines recently introduced four wallet-friendly products that will allow those with tighter budgets to update to newer devices. The HONOR 90 Lite 5G is now available nationwide, and it was launched together with the HONOR X6a, HONOR X5 Plus, and HONOR Pad X9. All four are affordable entry-level devices that cater to the different needs of the market.

HONOR 90 Lite 5G with 100MP Ultra Camera
The HONOR 90 Lite 5G is the successor to the highly-rated HONOR 90 5G. It is a stylish all-rounder that boasts an impressive camera system, display, and a range of smart features for an enhanced user experience. It has a slim design, and its 6.7-inch edgeless eye-comfort display, paired with a 90Hz refresh rate, makes for a great overall experience. The HONOR 90 Lite 5G features Dynamic Dimming technology that simulates ciliary muscle activity, ensuring that users can experience consistent visual quality on the device.
For its segment, it boasts an impressive rear triple camera system composed of a 100MP main camera, a 5MP wide & depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera for capturing majestic landscape shots and intimate close-ups. Meanwhile, its 16MP front camera takes captivating selfies with defined and enhanced colors.
The HONOR 90 Lite 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G system with HONOR RAM Turbo (8GB+5GB) and 256GB of storage, and it comes with a non-removable 4500mAh battery.
It is available in Cyan Lake and Midnight Black colorways and is priced at Phph 12,990.
Budget Camera Phones for Under 7K!
For those with the tightest of budgets, the newly launched HONOR X6a and HONOR X5 Plus are two of the most affordable camera phones in the market today. Both phones feature 6.56-inch LFT LCDs. 90Hz refresh rates, a resolution of 720×1612 pixels, as well as Dynamic Dimming. Both are powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 processor (12nm), have 4GB of RAM, and are equipped with large 5200 mAh batteries for extended use. Weighing only 188 grams and with a thickness of just 8.35mm, these smartphones are literally and figuratively easy on the pocket.
In terms of cameras, both devices have a 5MP front camera as well as 50MP main cameras and 2MP depth cameras at the rear. The HONOR 6Xa’s additional 2MP macro camera gives it a three-camera array, unlike the X6 Plus’ dual-cam setup. While having the same battery capacities, the 6Xa charges at a faster rate with its 22.5W HONOR Supercharge than the 10W Honor Charge that the X5 Plus has. With regards to storage, both devices have 4GB of RAM, but the HONOR X6a comes with a bigger 128GB (expandable) of storage, while the X5 Plus has 64GB (expandable).
The HONOR X6a is available in Sky Silver and Midnight Black, and is priced at Php 6,990, while the HONOR X5 Plus is available in Cyan Lake and Midnight Black for Php 5,490.
Affordable Tablet for Media Consumption
The last item to be unveiled was the HONOR Pad X9 with a price tag of only Php 11,990. This tablet boasts an 11.5-inch, 120Hz 2K Fullview Display, 6 Speakers, and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage.
The HONOR Pad X9’s display supports a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels, a screen-to-body ratio of 86 percent, and an adjustable refresh rate of up to 120Hz for smoother visuals and a more battery-sustainable experience when engaging in less demanding activities like reading an e-book.
Similar to the other newly launched devices, the HONOR Pad X9 is also easy on the eyes with its Dynamic Dimming and also has the brand’s Circadian Night Display technology that automatically adjusts the display into warmer colors to reduce the amount of blue light.
The HONOR PadX9 is equipped with 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G 6nm processor, and comes with a 7250mAh battery.

All four devices come with the latest Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1, offering a variety of updated and personalized features for a better experience.
