After a brief absence, the balloons are coming back to Clark. This year, the event is called the Frontrow International Hot Air Balloon Festival and is happening on April 12 to14, 2019, at the Clark Global City in Angeles, Pampanga. Promising to be bigger than previous balloon festivals, the event is expected to attract around 50,000 to 70,000 visitors over the weekend.

Aside from the balloons, the festival will have many activities on the ground for those who prefer to stay earthbound.

For those who want to shop and eat. there will be over a hundred stalls selling food and all sorts of merchandise. For the kids, there will be inflatable attractions and slides, plus shows featuring their favorite cartoon characters. The country’s hottest music acts will share the stage with the best of Pampanga’s bands every night of the festival. Slapshock will be headlining on Friday, while Kamikazee will take the stage on Saturday, and Ely Buendia, Hale, and Unique Salonga on Sunday.
