JETOUR T2 Tops 500,000 Global Sales, Carving Out Strong Appeal with Filipino SUV Buyers

The JETOUR T2 has crossed a major milestone, surpassing 500,000 units sold worldwide just 33 months after its debut — a figure that underlines the model’s broad appeal and the growing appetite for versatile SUVs in markets including the Philippines. Combined sales across the T‑Series topped 700,000 units as of May 2026, reflecting steady demand for vehicles that serve both daily urban life and weekend adventures.

The T2’s strength is its versatility. Its bold, boxy silhouette gives it undeniable road presence, while a 2.0‑liter turbocharged gasoline engine mated to an 8‑speed automatic transmission, JETOUR’s XWD Intelligent Four‑Wheel Drive System and the “7+X” One‑Click Off‑road Mode provide the confidence drivers need when pavement ends. JETOUR also offers a plug‑in hybrid variant in some markets, giving customers options suited to different driving habits and local conditions.

Inside, the T2 aims to balance comfort and capability. Standard equipment includes a high‑definition infotainment display, panoramic sunroof, 360‑degree camera system, Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking and six airbags. Careful NVH engineering reduces road and wind noise, helping make long drives more relaxing for both driver and passengers.

The T2 has been developed and tested in extreme environments — from searing desert heat in the Middle East to bitter winters in North Asia — and built to meet international automotive standards. That global testing, combined with strong regional sales in the UAE, Qatar and Egypt, has helped the model win industry recognition, including Car of the Year 2024 in Angola, the Recomendados Autocosmos Award in Chile, and 2026 Car of the Year and Mild Adventure Category Champion honors in South Africa.

JETOUR’s wider story is one of rapid expansion. In eight years the brand has recorded more than 2.4 million cumulative sales and has presence in over 100 countries and regions, supported by more than 2,000 sales and service outlets. The company promotes a “Travel+” philosophy that positions its vehicles as enablers of outdoor experiences; that approach has helped grow a community of owners through more than 300 JETOUR Clubs and, locally, the JETOUR T2 Pilipinas Car Club, which organizes drives, camping outings and other owner events.

For Filipino buyers the T2 arrives as SUVs continue to evolve from simple transport into lifestyle vehicles that must handle weekday traffic, provincial runs and off‑the‑beaten‑track escapes. JETOUR Auto Philippines currently offers the T2 in locally available T2 Beyond, Terrain, Panda Edition, Terminator, and T2 Lightning i‑DM PHEV variants. The brand has 25 authorized dealerships nationwide; interested customers can book a test drive or learn more at jetourautophilippines.com.
