Suzuki Philippines Incorporated has officially broken ground on a new Integrated Parts Warehouse, Service Training Center, and Office Facility in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, signaling a major step in the company’s long-term expansion strategy in the Philippines.
The project, valued at approximately P900 million, is designed to strengthen Suzuki Philippines’ aftersales operations, improve dealer network support, and enhance internal efficiency across its automobile, motorcycle, and marine businesses. Once completed, the new hub will combine parts warehousing and distribution, technical training, and corporate office functions in a single site.
The groundbreaking ceremony gathered officials from local government units, business partners, project stakeholders, and members of the media. Among those present were Vice Mayor Antonino Aurelio of Rizal, Laguna, representing Governor Sol Aragones; Executive Assistant Abel Landicho, representing Mayor Ross Rizal; Canlubang Barangay Captain Larry Dimayuga; and executives from the Carmelray Group, including Managing Director Maria Rosario “Charrie” Yulo, Director Ramon Z. Yulo, and Francisco “Chito” S. Zaldarriaga, president of the Carmelray Industrial Park I Association. Representatives from CCT Constructors Corporation also attended, including President Kaname Futaki, Building Construction General Manager Hidekatsu Senoo, and Building Engineering General Manager Yoshihisa Hatano.

“This groundbreaking ceremony symbolizes more than just a construction project but laying the foundation for the bright future of Suzuki in the Philippines. This project stands as a powerful reflection of our vision – our commitment to progress, innovation, and long-term growth. Of strengthening our capabilities, expanding our reach, and creating greater value,” said Koichiro Hirao, President of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated.
Suzuki said the facility will help improve inventory management and parts availability, speed up service support for dealers nationwide, and create a more streamlined workplace for sales, logistics, and administrative teams. The development is also expected to support economic activity in the CALABARZON region through job creation and opportunities for local industries and surrounding communities.
“It represents new opportunities – for jobs, for local businesses and for the community that surrounds us. It contributes to economic activity, supports livelihoods and helps build a stronger, more resilient environment where progress can be shared by many,” Hirao said.
Despite broader industry challenges, Suzuki Philippines said it remains committed to sustained investment and long-term growth in the local market.
“Even in times of uncertainty, we remain committed to growth, to development, and to build something meaningful for the future,” he added.

Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2026, with operations expected to start by August 2027. Once finished, the integrated facility is expected to reinforce Suzuki Philippines’ aftersales ecosystem by improving parts availability, expanding dealer training capability, and supporting more efficient coordination across the business, ultimately helping deliver a smoother ownership experience for customers.
“Let us build not just structures, but lasting impact,” Hirao concluded.
