JETOUR’s safety momentum continues as the all-new JETOUR T1 has secured a 5-Star ASEAN NCAP rating, reinforcing the brand’s growing reputation for vehicle safety in Southeast Asia.

Assessed at the end of 2025 under the ASEAN NCAP 2021–2025 protocol, the JETOUR T1 posted an overall score of 87.67 points. Its results included 38.09 points for Adult Occupant Protection, 16.18 points for Child Occupant Protection, 17.14 points for Safety Assist, and 16.25 points for Motorcyclist Safety.

The result follows the recent assessment of the JETOUR T2, with the T1 matching its sibling’s top safety rating. ASEAN NCAP said the compact crossover SUV delivered strong performance while maintaining a high standard of safety technology integration in a smaller, more maneuverable package.

Standard safety features across all JETOUR T1 variants include six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Anti-lock Braking System, Seatbelt Reminder System for front and rear occupants, rear seat detection, Child Presence Detection, ISOFIX child seat anchors, Blind Spot Detection for both the driver and front passenger side, and Pedestrian Protection.

Optional safety technologies include Autonomous Emergency Braking for city, inter-urban, and pedestrian scenarios, along with Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Auto High Beam, and AEB for motorcycles.

ASEAN NCAP assessment of the T1 was completed before the close of the 2021–2025 protocol period. Under that framework, Adult Occupant Protection carried a maximum of 40 points, while Child Occupant Protection, Safety Assist, and Motorcyclist Safety each contributed up to 20 points. Beginning this year, all new assessments will be conducted under the 2026–2030 protocol.

ASEAN NCAP, a collaboration between MIROS and Global NCAP, was established to improve vehicle safety standards and raise consumer awareness across Southeast Asia. The program is also supported by automobile associations from the Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, and Thailand.

“Safety remains one of the most important priorities for Filipino car buyers, and this recognition further strengthens our confidence in the JETOUR lineup,” said Miguelito Jose, Managing Director of JETOUR Auto Philippines Inc. “The 5-Star ASEAN NCAP rating for the all-new JETOUR T1 reflects the brand’s commitment to delivering vehicles that combine innovative technology, everyday practicality, and the highest standards of occupant protection. As we continue to grow the JETOUR presence in the Philippines, we remain dedicated to offering vehicles that Filipino families can trust, whether for daily driving or for their next adventure.”
