In continued pursuit for better customer service, Nissan Philippines holds its biennial Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency (NISTEC) and Nissan Service Advisor Excellence Competency (NISAC) national competitions.
Participated in by representatives from Nissan dealerships around the country, the event showcases the knowledge and skills of Nissan’s technicians and advisers for after-sales services.
“This competition is a way for us to strengthen and prove our skills in bringing satisfaction to our customers. Excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations win us loyal customers and earns admiration for Nissan as a brand,” said Nissan in the Philippines president and managing director Atsushi Najima.
For 2019, Nino Bryan Villafuerte (Nissan Cebu Central) won the NISTEC national champion award, while Japhet Calabon (Nissan Bacolod) won in the NISAC category. Both will take part in the regional competition in early 2020, competing against national champions from other Asia & Oceania countries.
