Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), together with dealer partner IZU South Motors Corporation, has reopened its dealership in Zamboanga City following a renovation aligned with the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS). The facility is part of Isuzu’s “Road to 50” initiative, which focuses on expanding and modernizing the brand’s dealer network to keep pace with growth in key developing regions.

The reopening ceremony was led by IPC Department Head for Dealer Sales Mario Ojales, IZU South Motors Corporation General Manager Patrick Lee, and Zamboanga City Mayor Khymer Olaso, highlighting the company’s intent to further support local enterprises, government offices, and other organizations that depend on commercial transport solutions.

“As the region continues to thrive, Isuzu Philippines and IZU South Motors remain steadfast in supporting Zamboanga’s growth and progress. Together, we look forward to many more years as your Responsible Partner, providing dependable light commercial vehicles and trucks to the region,” said IPC Department Head for Dealer Sales Mario Ojales.

The upgraded site is designed to improve both the customer journey and after-sales service. The 3,396-square-meter dealership now includes a 197-square-meter showroom with an updated IOS-compliant facade and capacity to display three light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and one commercial vehicle (CV). It also features an expanded Customer and Sales Lounge intended for vehicle consultations, financing discussions, and service coordination.

The dealership’s 1,200-square-meter service area was also refreshed to boost efficiency, with improved lighting and ventilation. It is equipped with seven service bays for LCVs and two dedicated truck bays, aimed at serving both individual owners and fleet operators requiring regular maintenance support.

The continued rollout of IOS-compliant facilities reinforces IPC’s push for consistent, higher-standard customer service nationwide, from vehicle viewing and purchase assistance to maintenance and long-term ownership support. “Since our founding, we have remained dedicated to providing vehicles that keep our customers’ businesses and communities moving,” IZU South Motors Corporation General Manager Patrick Lee. “This new IOS dealership reflects our ongoing drive to improve and deliver better service—always putting our customers first.”
