Beissbarth Keeps Your Car Road Worthy

Our cars, like our bodies at birth, come out in excellent condition when they leave the assembly plant. Except for very few cases, these cars are rolled out of the line ready to take on the busy highways and the tough and tumble of everyday drives.

But just like our bodies, vehicles also need regular maintenance and check-ups to ensure they remain in tiptop condition and serve us worry-free. That is the reason behind the Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) schedules our car dealers require us to go through.

Many of these service centers carry equipment that measures minute details about your car like tire and wheel alignment, headlight adjustments and body alignment. Beissbarth, a German auto service company founded in 1899 in Munich, is one of the leading suppliers of this type of testing equipment. The company has been manufacturing precision measuring equipment for OEM car manufacturers and IAM automotive workshops worldwide for over 100-years. Its product line includes machines for brake testing, tire balancing, and wheel alignment; lifts; headlight testers that measure illumination; as well as A/C testing equipment.

Early this year, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said that he wanted the reactivation of Motor Vehicle Inspection Centers (MVIC) after a series of deadly crashes caused by ill-maintained vehicles, particularly public transports like jeepneys and buses.

Beissbarth is currently being used by Opus, an LTO-certified MVIC located in Sta. Rosa Laguna. It can also be found in other MVIS centers like Autoreach in BF Las Pinas, and BSB Junrose Auto Parts in Sta Cruz Manila.
