Isuzu Philippines Corporation, together with its Mandaue dealer partner Iconic Dealership, Inc. and local government units, distributed relief supplies to 250 families affected by Typhoon Tino in Cebu, months after the storm triggered severe flooding and widespread damage in November 2025.
The aid packs contained canned goods, drinking water and a sack of rice, and were delivered to residents in Lilo-an, Cotcot, Consolacion and Laray. The distribution was led by IPC Human Resources Supervisor Kathryn Francisco and Isuzu Mandaue Branch Manager Eufemio Ybañez, alongside representatives from partner LGUs.
IPC also deployed its Isuzu Mobile Medic unit to help transport the goods across multiple barangays. Normally used for on-site vehicle assistance, the truck was repurposed to support logistics and reach communities more efficiently.
“IPC is not only a Responsible Partner for customers, but also for communities in need,” said IPC Human Resources Supervisor Kathryn Francisco. “Local residents and businesses have helped strengthen IPC’s leadership as the country’s leading truck brand, and it is only right that we give back in times of hardship. Through these efforts, we stand with Cebu as it rebuilds after Typhoon Tino.”

“It was truly uplifting to witness the strength and unity of the affected families,” shared Eufemio Ybañez, Isuzu Mandaue Branch Head. “We are honored to join IPC in this initiative, and we remain committed to supporting our fellow Cebuanos as they work toward recovery.”
Barangay Representative April Malonjao helped organize the distribution with local officials. “We sincerely thank Isuzu Philippines and Isuzu Mandaue for their timely support,” the representative said. “Their presence today brings encouragement and much needed relief to our residents.”
This initiative is in line with IPC’s mission to be a Reliable Partner to Filipinos both on the road and in times of crisis.
