Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) continues to build its momentum in the local market by introducing its high-performance brand N. Visitors to the upcoming Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) will be the first to witness the debut of the Elantra N, Hyundai’s newest motorsports-inspired, mid-size sedan.
“At Hyundai Motor Philippines, we ‘Innovate Everyday’ so that we can make it possible for our diverse Filipino customers to experience progress in their everyday lives. So for those who enjoy and are passionate about high performance, we are pleased to share with you that our technology powerhouse, N, is arriving in the country,” said Hyundai Motor Philippines president Dongwook Lee. “To all existing, and soon-to-be, ‘N-thusiasts’, we are excited to be giving you access to the ground-breaking cars that came out of our rolling lab. Outstanding pleasure and that fun-to-drive thrill will be within arm’s reach starting this April.”
N is Hyundai’s brand for high-performance cars, technologies, and motorsports activities. Its name comes from Hyundai Motor’s R&D Center in Namyang, Korea, and Technical Center in Nürburgring, Germany. N was founded on three main pillars: Corner Rascal; Everyday Sportscar; and Racetrack Capability. Born out of the “Rolling Lab” under the Hyundai RM or “Racing Midship” project. The brainstorming and testing grounds then act as the bridge from tracks to roads, from race cars to production models. Ultimately, N aims to harness Hyundai’s rich heritage and experience in racing and rallying road-going cars to bring back the thrill of driving.

The Hyundai booth will be located at D4 in the main hall, and at the North Wing, in front of the main entrance of the World Trade Center. From April 4 to 7, the New Elantra N takes the limelight alongside the Elantra N TCR, the winner of the 2023 TCR World Tour Drivers’ Championship.
Hyundai’s latest lineup of MPV and SUV models will also be on display. These are the Creta, the Custin, the 5th generation Santa Fe, the X trim of the Stargazer, the Staria, and the Tucson. The brand’s multi-awarded electric vehicles, the IONIQ 5 and the IONIQ 6 will also be present. Some display units will sport Hyundai Genuine Accessories that can be purchased on-site.
During the 4 days of the MIAS, visitors can enjoy complimentary offers such as handcrafted, quality beverages from the brand’s signature café, Brew + Bakes, and a unique photo experience with Life4Cuts, the pioneering premium K-Photo Studio. Test drives will also be available, and the lineup will include the all-new Santa Fe.
