Kia is set to make its comeback to the local professional sports scene as it announces its return to the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The team has declared that they will play the 2017 Governor’s Cup as Kia Picanto, after the brand’s best-selling urban vehicle.
Once called the Kia Sorento, the team and staff have expressed their elation with the return of Kia as the team’s title sponsor. Its roster is a complement of old and newer faces that will make basketball exciting for the brand.
Kia Picanto is looking to stay true to Kia’s brand motto of “Power to Surprise” and will be looking to shock their opponents this coming 2017 PBA Governor’s Cup.
