Ford Philippines has refreshed its two best-known nameplates, the Ranger pickup and the Everest SUV, and the headline change is under the hood: a 3.0L Turbo Diesel V6 producing 250 PS and 600 Nm now sits at the top of both ranges. Combined with a 10-speed automatic transmission across the board, updated styling, and expanded technology, the refreshed lineups are aimed at buyers who want more capability without moving to a larger vehicle. Reservations for both opened at Ford dealerships nationwide on September 2.

The Ranger: Three New V6 Variants
The refreshed Ranger lineup introduces three V6-powered variants, all with 10-speed automatics and full-time 4×4.
“The Ranger has always been more than a vehicle that gets you from one place to another. It becomes part of how our customers live, whether they are pursuing a passion, spending time outdoors, bringing along the gear they need or simply making more out of their everyday journeys,” said Pedro Simoes, managing director, Ford Philippines. “With these new additions, we are giving customers more ways to find a Ranger that complements their lifestyle and helps them do more of what they enjoy with more power and capability.”
Ranger Wildtrak X 3.0L V6 4×4 Diesel (P2,609,000) is the new off-road-focused flagship of the diesel range. Its 250 PS/600 Nm V6 is matched with an increased ride height, 17-inch Wildtrak X alloy wheels on all-terrain tires, Bilstein dampers, metal underbody protection, and a bash plate and skid plate. It features a full-time 4×4 drivetrain, an electronic locking rear differential and Terrain Management System round out the hardware. Inside, it gets a 12.4-inch multi-information display, a 12-inch infotainment screen, a 10-speaker B&O sound system, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, and a 360-degree camera.
Ranger Wildtrak 3.0L V6 4×4 Diesel (P2,469,000) brings the same V6 diesel to the familiar Wildtrak package. Exterior updates include a new grille center bar with Ignite Orange accents, new 18-inch alloy wheels, and a black Wildtrak sports hoop. The cabin gets new seat patterns, ambient lighting, and Ignite Orange trim. It also shares the full-time 4×4 drivetrain, the locking rear differential and Terrain Management System with the Wildtrak X.
Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 EcoBoost 4×4 (P2,879,000) remains the performance halo. Its twin-turbo 3.0L V6 EcoBoost gasoline engine produces 397 PS and 583 Nm, driving through a 10-speed automatic with a dedicated boost profile for each gear, and a full-time 4×4 system. An electronically controlled active exhaust offers Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Baja modes. Suspension duty falls to next-generation FOX 2.5-inch Live Valve Internal Bypass shocks, the largest ever on a Ranger Raptor, filled with Teflon-infused oil that cuts friction by around 50 percent versus the previous generation. The update also adds Ford app compatibility, bringing Remote Start/Stop, Intelligent Oil Life Monitoring, and Real-Time Location Tracking.
Wildtrak X and Wildtrak are offered in Absolute Black, Arctic White, Ignite Orange, and Meteor Grey. The Raptor comes in Absolute Black, Arctic White, Code Orange, and Command Grey.

The Everest: New Platinum V6 Leads a Four-Variant Range
The Everest lineup now spans four variants, all with the 10-speed automatic. Ford has also revised the 2.0L diesel used in the lower three trims to improve durability, simplify the system, and enhance fuel efficiency, with optimized gear spacing and a wider ratio spread for the transmission.
About the Everest, Simoes said, “The Ford Everest has always given our customers the confidence and versatility to make more out of every journey… We are giving customers even more choice, technology and comfort to match the way they live, while the new Everest Platinum brings an exciting new level of power and refinement to the range.”
Everest Platinum 3.0L V6 4×4 (P2,849,000) is the new range-topper and the first Everest in the Philippines to get the 250 PS/600 Nm V6 diesel powertrain, paired with full-time 4×4. The V6 significantly improves towing capability and stability. The seven-seat cabin features Platinum-exclusive quilted leather seats, heated and ventilated front seats, a 10-way power driver’s seat with memory, and a 12-speaker B&O sound system. Matrix LED headlamps and 21-inch alloy wheels mark it out as the flagship. It is available in Absolute Black, Acacia Green, Aluminum Metallic, and Snowflake White Pearl.
Everest Wildtrak 2.0L Turbo 4×4 (P2,669,000) is the adventure-oriented option, pairing its 4×4 drivetrain with new 20-inch alloy wheels, Ignite Orange exterior accents, and refreshed Wildtrak interior details.
Everest Sport+ 2.0L Turbo 4×2 (P2,219,000) gains a larger 12-inch infotainment screen and a broader driver-assistance suite, including Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Lane Centering, a 360-degree camera, and Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert and Braking.
Everest Active 2.0L Turbo 4×2 (P1,949,000) is the family-focused entry point, now with a 12-inch infotainment screen, dual-zone climate control, rain-sensing wipers, Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, and Forward Collision Warning.
