MG Motor Philippines opened its MG Pavilion at the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) 2026 with the theme “The Next Wave Continues,” expanding its New Energy Vehicle lineup with three new electrified models designed for Filipino drivers.
Topping the reveals is the MG HS PHEV, a plug‑in hybrid that pairs a 21.6‑kWh battery with a 1.5‑liter turbo engine for a combined 272 PS, a pure electric range of 100 km and a total range beyond 1,000 km. Key features include the full MG Pilot ADAS suite, dual 12.3‑inch displays with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging and premium interior appointments. SRP is pegged at P 1,548,888, with an introductory discount of P 30,000 for June buyers reduces the net price to P 1,518,888, plus a complimentary 7kW wall charger (valued at P 30,000) and a P 10,000 retention incentive, translating into up to P 70,000 in launch benefits.
The MG RX9 PHEV debuts as MG’s flagship seven‑seat PHEV, featuring a 1.5L turbocharged hybrid petrol engine, an electric motor and a 24.7‑kWh lithium‑iron phosphate battery for a combined output of 299 PS, 115 km pure electric range and a total range over 1,100 km. Luxury equipment includes dual 12.3‑inch displays, MG Pilot ADAS, a Bose 12‑speaker system, ventilated massaging front seats with 12‑way power and memory, and tri‑zone climate control. The SRP is P 1,998,888, with an introductory price of P 1,968,888 for the month of June after a P 30,000 cash token and the same complimentary charger and incentives as the HS PHEV.
Completing the trio, the MG4 EV Urban is a compact BEV powered by an 110 kW motor and 43.2‑kWh LFP battery, offering up to 403 km (NEDC) range and fast charging from 20%–80% in 35 minutes. Dimensions include a 2,750 mm wheelbase and generous cargo (480 L, expandable to 1,364 L with seats folded) plus V2L capability and a 12.8‑inch infotainment display. SRP is P 1,198,888, with a special introductory price of P 1,148,888 for the first 100 buyers; early purchasers also receive a complimentary 7kW wall charger (P 30,000), totaling P 80,000 in launch savings for those first buyers.
